to-BBB’s development strategy is to advance its internal candidates into early clinical trials and to enter into co-development and commercialization deals with suitable partners for the later stages.
Products potentially available for partnering are:
- 2B3-101 - doxorubicin in the G-Technology® for brain cancer, presently in a phase I/II clinical trial
- 2B3-201 - methylprednisolone in the G-Technology for neuroinflammation, presently in pre-clinical development
